I joined 6 months ago and would love to stay but I moved to Queens. Found the gym through my friend/Groupon and started with a muay thai class. It wasn’t for me but then I tried kickboxing and loved that. There is a nice community here and a variety of coaches who offer different ways of teaching and support. Took a few classes to get comfortable and after a few weeks I felt like I had learned a lot of new things and after months of attending classes I feel like I know what I’m doing. Hector and Cynthia are my favorite coaches! Great workouts, great times and I feel badass. Definitely stronger than when I started and I’m sad to be leaving.

I saw the ad on Instagram about the special for kickboxing, $30 for 3 classes and $40 for 5 classes. I knew this was my chance. I live kickboxing but never did any so I signed up and after the first class, I got a membership immediately. I loved the class, total workout. The trainer was and still is amazing. I was totally sold.

They offer a few different programs based on what form of martial arts your looking for. I have my son registered here and it's great. He's improving. Pricing may vary based on program, length of time you need. They also offer trail periods and discounts as well using Groupon. So say for example my son did the a 4 week trail for $49.99 and he got a free uniform. After trail I went over the programs they offer along with times and schedules. They do offer payment plans. I pay $135 monthly for unrestricted classes for a year. But this is based on a child's program. Please feel free to call and ask questions staff is friendly and informative.
My Spanish is not great. They do accept 14 years old. I recommend calling or going in and talking to them.
