Have been a Reward member for several years but no longer. An employee at the Manistee/Filer Township posted a rude remark to me on Facebook, some one he knows was selling a vehicle and all I mention was a question in regards to the post. He needs to know the consequences of his actions, his profile slows a photo of a retired black police car. Not understanding why he found it necessary to disrespect me. Shame on him and his employer. Oh, buying my auto parts across the street at Advance Auto Parts. -Arnold

My first experience at O’Reilly, NOT GREAT.. I needed a simple turning on both of my Rotors & keep in mind only one of my Rotors were not super great yet it was still safe enough for the time being. They told me it would take about an hour or so to get it done... 4 1/2 hrs later they finally finished it...and when I put them back on my vehicle, MY ROTORS ARE NOW FAR WORSE!! ..... I can’t even drive to work because of the conditions it is in.. apparently the same thing happened to my friend as well.

Amazing customer service. Very nice and helpful. We started out at the Advanced Auto across the street but due to rudeness and poor customer service we went over and asked O'Reilly for help and that thwy did.They were nice enough to come over to the Advanced Auto to jump our vehicle so that we could get it over to their store and give my husband enough direction to fix the issue in their parking lot. Needless to say thanks to O'Reilly my kids had a great day at the fair.
