I had a hard part to find for my old Ford truck. I went to all the local places and sadly stopped by Napa last. The person behind the counter spent 30-45 minutes looking for the right part. The other parts stores just looked at me like I was crazy. When the description is I need tie rod ends that look like this and they can find the right parts for you, stick with them. Saturday they earned a customer for life. That's the tie rod ends I needed and they found them and gave me the best price.

The associate was really nice. I like coming here better than Advanced Auto Parts of O’Reilly’s. It’s less shiny, so it feels closer to a good old mechanics shop. I am giving it a four because they didn’t have the engine air filter I wanted, but I did get the cabin air filter.

They did not have the hoses I needed for my truck in stock. Laura was able to order them for me and had them there the next morning. Awesome customer service. I highly recommend this Napa.
