First person who greeted us was very professional, friendly, etc. Then turned us over to a salesperson. We were frustrated that the salesman didn't seem to remember which vehicle we were interested in, and brought the wrong key. I would have thought he would have brought similar vehicle keys as we told him what we were interested in. We had to wait each time for him to get the keys. Also, the vehicle information cards are lying flat on the dash and very difficult to read. When I raised that issue to the salesman, he acknowledged they fell down from the "heat" the previous day. Other dealers tape them to the window or hold up by rolling the window up with the information sheet on it. And, if this is a known issue, why not go out in the morning when you open and put them back up. If that isn't possible because you are "too busy" put them on the dash where the customer can see the information, not in the middle of the dash.
