I gota tell yu, these first 3 weeks have been tough. But it's working!! The RM3 medication has helped me lose over 20lbs in 2.5 weeks. I threw away ALL the food in my house and re-up'd with the suggested items. And its actually been fun learning about food and my body and learning new recipes 😋 We had RM3 pancakes for breakfast this a.m.

Went in today for a new patient consultation and I was very please with my appt. I have 6 months to decide on whether I will go with them. If I decide within that time frame, they will subtract today's consultation cost from my bill. I like that! I wasn't there too long. There were a few lag times, but no more than at my regular MDs office. The true test will come when & if I sign up for the Life Style weight losss program. Initially I will be very needy (probably many questions) as I attempt to get my food choices to a place where I can be successful. Hopefully they will be just as cordial and understanding at that point too.😊

Hi Onalee! Appetite suppressants are available by prescription for those following our program. This is an optional supplement for those who may be looking to add it, it is not a requirement for following along with the program. Many patients due find this to be a helpful aid when it comes to their weight loss results, and we do recommend it for those looking to get the most out of the program, but the appetite suppressants are not a requirement for the program, a patient may opt to not use these supplements if they so desire.
