Hi Cohen, It really depends on who you ask. Many people are attracted to Fairways due to the larger golf course while others like the location of Country Club better. The facilities provided in the communities are similar, but each has its own personality with different clubs and groups. If would like more information you could reach out to Joanne at 772-201-0348. Depends on whether you buy for the owners of the land who wants to get you on a particular lot that's cheap some of them started 299 or if you buy an existing home what just say a double wide from the original owner the lot rent will go up by whatever Social Security went up from the time the lot was first occupied
Well if you buy a condo you are paying Home owners fees monthly it's the same. If you are lucky enough to buy a new property, the lease remains the same until you sell. I had my doubts but I am happy with my land lease.
