As with many businesses, they are having supply chain problems. Some decorative items in the room (photo art) were missing due to breakage. The hotel is "used" but clean. The staff was great as was breakfast.

The only reason I didn't rate this 5 stars is because they don't have milk for breakfast and the pillows are small and don't have enough filling in them. This Hilton property does have coffee, tea and hot chocolate 24 hours a day unlike Hilton Garden Inns where you are charged for it.. Housekeepers kept my shampoo and soap stocked as well as fresh towels and I didn't even have to ask. Air conditioner was exceptional and kept my room nice and cold without the musty mildew smell. I was there five nights and would go back. There is a restaurant in the same parking lot.

I had an overall great experience here. This Inn was conveniently located near Walmart and other big name stores. The rooms were cozy with lots of charging outlets, and it was immaculately clean. The bed wasn't very comfortable, and the walls weren't very thick so I heard my neighbors at night. Not that big of an issue since the cleanliness, coziness, and great customer service more than made up for that.

The most kind, accommodating staff I’ve experienced at a hotel. The two women who greeted us at night and morning were just wonderful! Outside of the pool being cold (they tried to correct this multiple times with only pleasant/concerned responses) it was such a great stat. Highly recommend for a responsible/easy stay!
