Nice renovation & great bed's! They just forgot to "finish" the renovation. Rooms look great, but they didn't replace the doors (paint drips and original door's.). Good breakfast. Would stay again, but would ask for second floor...kids above us and they were very active!

Nice staff. The room we had was very nice and clean. We had a second floor room that was poolside. If your the type to trun in early the sounds of people enjoying themselves there could keep you awake a little longer than planned. The breakfast was just as great as it used to be pre-covd mania. I would recomend a stay here for all.

We stayed in this hotel on June 8-10. We reserved the 2 Queen Beds Deluxe Room which is supposed to sleep 6 with a double pull out sofa. We arrived 30 mins prior to check-in our room was not ready. We went a walked around for an hour at 3:30 (30 mins after check-in) our room was still not ready. No apologies just told to give them another hour. Once we were able to check in the room did not have a double pull out sofa, it had a twin pull out sofa with the mattress having the springs exposed. I went down to the front desk and was told they no longer have double pull out sofas even though it’s still advertised on the website. I asked about getting out money back and going to another hotel that could sleep 6 and was told no. I then asked for a pack n play to put my toddler in since we now didn’t have enough beds for 6 people. I get brought a pack n play with a giant hole in the side of it. We were very disappointed with our stay and the lack of the staff apologizing or willing to work with us so we could have moved to a hotel that would have had enough beds.

Positive: The hot tub in our room was decent size and the room was awesome :) Negative: The breakfast was horrible. First off there were no plates. The biscuits were ice cold and the gravy had a liver taste to it. I am not sure if it was spoiled. Fridge was barren, waffle dispenser depleted, no pastries.
