This is one of the places that I would give a Negative score to if I could. In the last few month they have gone downhill very quickly. At work we depend on caffeine and coffee, we also have to use the mobile app so the order is ready to pick up and leave. There have been multiple times where we place our order ahead, we get there and they inform us that they don't have the items we ordered and they don't have access to the app to refund us our money. On another occasion, I ordered a Hot Tea ahead on the app to be ready on my way to work. I get there and the place is dark (It is open 24 Hrs) and there is a car parked in the drive-thru. I pulled up and the lady said she is the baker, but no one showed up for work for the night. I asked what I was supposed to do about my drink and she said I would have to contact corporate. I filled out the information on the app for a refund and they still have not given it to me. That was 3-4 weeks ago. Last night we ordered coffee at 1:00am and I went to pick it up and no one answered the drive-thru speaker. I drove up to the window and the girl open it and said she was the only one there for the night, she had just been hired and doesn't know how to work the drink machines so she couldn't make our drinks and could not refund either. Basically after the manager Tristan left, they have not been fully staffed, they stop serving any doughnuts after 6:00pm and half of their staff is rude and seems annoyed to have customers.

sometimes they are open, sometimes they arent. Sometimes the food is hot, sometimes there is no food. The service is…. well ill leave it at that
