The hotel is closed down. I am still fighting to get a refund. The security guard said it's now used as a COVID quorantine facility. Can't get in touch with them but my credit card was charged and no refunds. I booked through snaptravel and they won't refund until the closed hotel reopens and tells them they are closed lol

I made a reservation through Booking.com and it was confirmed. The hotel said they weren't working with Booking or other service. I'm kind of glad I couldn't stay--yes, no reservations and no room--as they had security at the door. Some guy who worked there yelled at me when I took photos of their royal palm trees. Not sure what was going on there! Next time I use a similar service I'll be calling the hotel to be sure it worked.

Checking in was quick and very friendly and most important very respectful. Peter is now in my "my best costumer service in the world list" I was pleased with the room size and cleanliness of it, shower not so much but didn't care cuz i just had peter check me in. I will definitely come back. Peter thank you very much for your outstanding service.

Initial impression is that its a secure, well maintained, clean hotel. Staff were pleasant. Rooms were spacious and comfortable, and had been recently painted. The pool looked good though we didn't have the chance to use it. The parking lot & grounds were nice & bbq grills are available for guests to use. Unfortunately, only parts of the rooms were clean. The floor, the kitchenette & the pull out sofa bed were filthy. Paint splatter all over the bathroom and a rusted dent in the tub. Grime on the tables & TV remotes. Worst though were the baked on food in the microwave & the black stains and blood we found on the sofa (at the end of our stay - we didn't use those areas earlier). We had to pay a deposit to stay here, and have never received a refund, despite the fact that I cleaned a good deal myself. I'm guessing my reporting these bio-hazards to the front desk made someone angry. Definitely won't stay again!
