My wife and I tried to check in to the hotel. The counter help was extremely rude and dress extremely unprofessional with an XXL stained T-shirt and no bra. She said our reservation was canceled before we could give her our booking information. I feel she didn’t want Hispanic people in any rooms. She said that our reservation had been canceled, but we never called to cancel. When we tried to straighten this issue out and the counter help ran us off the property. She said “Get my property. Your kind are not welcome here.” I did notice that she is using the motel as a living domicile for her entire family a young girl came out of a room while a gentleman came out of another room. They looked related. I will not be coming back. I guess doing 2 tours in Iraq and fighting for my country doesn’t qualify me to be enough of an American in this person’s eyes.

Do Not Stay here. Save your money put towards a nice clean Hotel since this should be actually considered a motel, all outside entrances. Major construction on the main level so everything needs to carried upstairs. Dirty walls, stained sheets and very rude unclassy people actually live in the first couple rooms behind the office. No coffee either in the front office which is always locked or in the room. Feels like other guests were long term residents. Beds extremely uncomfortable and everything felt dirty.

5 stars! Honestly the old reviews should be taken down! I have stayed here many times and have never had any issues. The Office staff is friendly! I have met the general manager and she is a very wonderful person! Even the room service staff are on point. The rooms are huge, close to light rail and extremely clean. Like still smelled light bleach disinfectant clean clean! Having a microwave and fridge was a bonus for the price. The pool is closed but I gat is because of Covid so 5 stars in my book. I am a military brat and very picky by the way.☺️ I can see why the place sells out fast!

The worst hotel I've ever seen. I pulled up and already had my doubts. Check in, walk into my room and immediately see a straw someone has used to snort coke in the middle of the floor. Sheets had stains, bathroom mirror and toilet looked like they had never been cleaned. Lampshades were cracked and broken. Roaches. I didn't even feel comfortable sitting on the bed. Walked right back out. This place shouldn't be open.
