Mr. Black was great to work with. He was super helpful and responsive through the whole process. He never sugar coated the situation until he was sure of the results he could get. He kept me at ease through the worrisome experience. He was able to get two super extreme DUI's reduced to one regular DUI!!! He was able to minimize the amount of jail time I had to endure and get me home detention for the majority of it in North Carolina where I reside. I would recommend his services to anyone.

Aaron was excellent. I was terrified when i got my DUI but he calmed me down, walked me through everything and was very efficient. The best decision i made in this whole process was hiring him. I highly recommend.

Extremely rude and arrogant. He needs major customer service training. Find another attorney! Do not pay him $20,000 to disrespect you. There are many other lawyers that will help you and know how to treat their clients.

I am a 54-year-old disabled woman with a strong demonstrative synopsis which highlights violations of the landlord Tennant Ac, abuse of the nuisance, law, and discrimination against a victim of violence. I would appreciate receiving your opinion

Patricia, Thank you for your question. Unfortunately, I am unfamiliar with this area of law as I focus all of my work and training on criminal and DUI defense. I would reach out to a landlord/tenant attorney who may have an understanding of your issue. Aaron

I had a felony class 6 about 10 years ago. Had a year probation that is all done with. Can you help get rid of the felony from my records?

Gaara, You cannot get felonies off of your record in Arizona. If it was an undesignated offense, you can petition the court to make it a misdemeanor. Or, you can move to set aside the conviction. However, you can never completely remove a conviction in AZ. Feel free to give me a call. (480) 729-1683. Aaron

A.R.S. §28-138 defines the legal limit in Arizona. The limit of alcoholic intoxication is 0.08 percent or more of blood alcohol concentration (BAC) within 2 hours of driving or being in actual physical control of the vehicle. For commercial drivers, the legal limit is .04 BAC.

Do you need an attorney to post bail?

Arizona law requires bail for those charged with a felony. The bail hearing is when the defendant is formally notified of the charge and the bail amount is set at a sufficient sum to encourage the defendant to appear in court. Achieving a bail bond is only the beginning of a criminal case and it gets more complicated from there. I encourage you to hire an experienced criminal defense attorney immediately to protect your constitutional rights.

I plan on having a few drinks and a friend of mine told me that I can get arrested for a DUI after only having a couple of cocktails. Is that true?

Arizona is a no tolerance state when it comes to driving while impaired. If you were to get pulled over for a minor infraction and the officer smells alcohol on your breath it would give them reasonable suspicion or probable cause. Considered “impaired to the slightest degree,” a couple of drinks can in fact get you arrested for a DUI.
