I got out of the emergency room and it was as if it was not important to get my medicine. I have called and called and still 3 days later I don't have work on my prescriptions. They simply do not care. It's unfortunate that this company as a whole treat there patients as if they're not human. If you are looking for care please don't waste your time. Search for one's that cares (there out there) review the reviews, they will give you a good idea of how people are being treated. I have received nothing but the run around.

If a negative star was possible it would be -100. If you want a dr or office that has class, customer service skills or decent morals, go somewhere else. Find a dr on Phoenix children's hospital network. These people will call, badger and try to ruin your day because they have nothing better to do than do cold calls to “assigned patients”. The fact that they it satisfactory to badger potential patients is appalling. Know your rights, you can pick and shop around for a good dr. Don’t settle for this office. Your kids deserve better. They act like cattle herders. Actually herding cattle is more humane than how they treat you.
