A giant Plexiglass wall separates you and the employees who wear masks, and I believe gloves but can't properly remember. So there are no samples right now.
Not at this location, you may want to try standalone stores. I'm fairly certain no coldstone who's location is in a mall, does cakes.
No the Cold Stone Creamery here in the UTC Mall does not do ice cream cakes or the cupcakes either.
