My self and 2 Autistic sons have been seeing Mike Sanders for about a year and I've been very happy him. I can't say enough how important it is to know how delicate it can be to prescribe medications to someone with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Their office also has a counselor Jill Scott that knows her stuff about working with the Autistic. I can understand the previous reviews complaining about the front desk staff's attitude or never answering the phones. I've had the same problems, but have start using the email and get a much better response.

After reading the many reviews on this “establishment” I should’ve read them before I started working there. This place is extremely unprofessional, but don’t take it out on the one maybe two people they have in the front office. The people in the front are simply the only ones who are truly there to help you. Many people blame the front staff for not answering the phones, or returning their calls. There is more truth to that office than people know about. Starting with the “office manager”. I definitely wouldn’t recommend being a patient there let alone being an employee, you might be fired through a text message with no explanation.

There is no way to talk to anyone in this office. I’ve been literally calling for two weeks. Then they send text telling me no show will cost me $50. I will be charging you $150.00 for my disappointment and stress related to my continuing efforts to reach you. OMG. What an experience.

I would leave zero stars if possible. Had an appointment for Thursday that was very difficult to make so I called on Wed to see if it could be rescheduled. No call back as promised. Showed up Thurs anyways. So I didn’t have to pay the fee for missing my appt. To be told someone should have called me to say that the Dr. Was not in, they failed to reschedule said they would have to call me to do so. Why? Of course, never received a call. So I called Friday, Monday and was not able to get anyone to answer the phones. Drive up to the office to see them sitting at the desk eating. Requested my medical records. After no call backs, filling out paperwork for 30 minutes, and two times at the office for nothing - decided that the anxiety and stress this lace was causing me was not how a professional office should be conducting business and I will go elsewhere. What a joke. I don’t know how people get appointments let alone make contact for prescriptions to be refilled. I have no desire to drive to the office everytime I need to speak to someone! My time is valuable too!
