I brought in a bad battery today 12pm. Been tested and charged multiple times and it was BAD! I explained this to Marveya who bragged about being the manager. I told her it was bad and to test it so I could leave with a good battery so I wouldn't miss my car show. She forced me to drop the battery off for "testing". I called at 5pm (5 hours later) only for second shift to answer and tell me it was "charged". I get to the store 15 mins later and it was a bad battery. Just like I explained to Marveya who was rude about it in the first place. I used to brag about Oriellys and now I will NEVER return in my life!
