Yes i believe so. If its a range cooktop combo i believe install is free if you buy the cable. If its just a cooktop i believe they charge for install. Atleast thats what lowes does.

No... but the Collier County Recycle Center does. Its just up Airport Road at the Naples Airport. Take airport road to Corporate Flight Drive. Go West it's about a quarter mile down on the south side of the road.
