If you’re trying to feed your children on a school night, let me spare you the drama, look elsewhere!!!! After TWO HOURS of waiting for my pizza I called in the second time to be told a totally different story, including their failure to get my address and phone number and that my order was voided. The most unprofessional, mind boggling, not to mention frustrating experience.

Incredibly long wait time for delivery. The app says “quality check”… does a quality check take 43 minutes? Food is okay. Pizza toppings are really sparse. I had three pieces of chicken on my last grilled chicken topping pizza. About 2 oz. Not worth the price or wait.

I ordered a $31 combo of carry out pizza products. Make sure you CHECK YOUR ORDER when you pick it up. When you get back home and something is missing, Sarah ( the manager) does not have the skill level to have plan B in place to satisfy a very unhappy customer. Here were her three solutions. 1. I can drive back and get product. 2. Cannot deliver to me because my address was not in their delivery area. 3. Give me a credit. There is more negative to the situation from my perspective. Closing with this: the manager had No sympathy or empathy and offered no solution which would keep me as a customer. SO remember....CHECK YOUR ORDER when they hand it to you....good luck! Or, buy Pizza Hut, Marcos, or Memphis Pizza. Or, buy Bar B Que in Memphis.
