Yes it is. I just had my divorce finalized last week in court room number two. I went to the actual courthouse downtown to have it done. So yes they are, also I seen a few people wearing masks, but I do not think they are required. I myself did not wear one.
$60 for a marriage license, $10 for a copy of the marriage license, and it's $20 for them to perform the wedding ceremony. They are a cash only place.

Go to the clerk of court. Its somewhere in the 2.00 for the first page and .50 or something like that for every page after. Dont quote me on those prices.
