This was the closest metal recycling location to me, and I’ve been recycling here for the past 4 years. I was recently told they only take a $100 dollar minimum loadsnow, so I have to find another recycling company to help me help the environment, since I never have and never will bring a load that big in considering the price on scrap now and the fact that I only bring residential scrap from around my property like old appliances and cans. Never had a scrap yard turn away money before.🤷♂️

As of 07/28/2022, Bay Metals in Goodlettsville/Millersville is no longer accepting metals from individual sellers. The website shows they are still in business and open on Saturdays for a brief time. They are closed this Saturday. I wish I didn't have to drive 10 miles to find out!

If you go on a Tuesday you get the check in the mail on Saturday or you can pick it up Saturday, for example
Not sure but the steal your metal when u aint lookin and use it to make money for themselves
7 -10 days . if you have an HVAC licence or TN Scrap licence you should get it same day .

Hardly, anything. I think it is 5 cents a lbs. I took 6 metal fencing posts there two weeks ago. Got 1.32 for all 6. It was a waste of time. The only good it did, I recycled.
#1 clean pipe $1.95 lb different prices depending on type of copper clean wire copper $1.85 so on.
