Even more annoyed now bc my review about the dryers not heating/drying clothes properly was replied to, with the owner insinuating that I only put in one quarter at a time and didn't know that commercial dryers had a cool down time toward the end of the cycle, hence, insinuating it was my fault their dryers weren’t working properly and they weren’t willing to issue a small refund I requested. A simple apology with a lie of the owner promising to look at them and what could be causing the issue (honestly, a lie would’ve been better than an insult), and of course, promising to mail a refund of only $3.50 i had requested (when I was owed about $10) would have been the way to go as far as being a respectable business owner. Jeez… watch the videos. I ALWAYS split up my clothes into small loads and put in enough quarters the FIRST time, that’ll last for 20-25 min. Can you even put in one quarter at a time? Why would anyone do that? 3-5 min per quarter would get a person nowhere with their clothes. That’s insane to even think someone would do. Do the right thing: issue refunds when requested, watch the video cameras if in doubt, and keep your machines up-to-date. Don’t insult someone’s intelligence or pass the blame onto them…. ***** Edit: I was sent a few dollars in the mail after I posted the two negative reviews, venting my frustrations and how insulted I was with the blame being passed on me for their machines not working. I wanted to make sure then I gave him credit for finally refunding me part of what they owed…

For rossville, this was great, plenty of machines and a not so cramped feel Would highly recommend if your dryer breaks down

Great washing machines and dryers for a reasonable price. The only issue I have with this place is there is no wheelchair access so that leaves disabled persons from being able to go in there independently and it makes it difficult for you to use their carts to bring your laundry in because there is no ramps. Having no wheelchair access is illegal.

Nice place inside. Kinda scary outside. I went after dark and had some body outside watching the whole time. Probably ok during daylight.
