Stay away!!! Entrance gates are always broken, same with the pool and garbage compactor. They also try to bang you upon move out for items they didn't repair/replace from the previous tenant before you moved in. That's their way of updating the apartment at your cost.

Wouldn’t recommend living there. Worst management i ever seen and so is maintenance. Been without AC the whole month of june my pregnant wife and 1 year son couldn’t stay there because of the extreme temperatures. Maintenance didn’t fix anything and management didn’t seem to care. The property manager was scared to even talk to us or give us answers. Worst ever!!!!

Lived here a little over a year. The appliances are cheap. The maintenance is a joke. I’ve seen drug dealing, thefts of peoples packages at the door, and the staff are rude. The pool is not kept clean and they open it extremely late. It’s not superior or luxury apartment living at all. A/C issues water issues and they let anyone move in here. I’ve spoken to people that have lived here for 5 years and they said this place has gone way downhill. There’s been 3 or 4 different maintenance crews here in a year. Then they hire temp people to work when they have no maintenance workers. The pace is a joke. You highly overpay for this place.

Please do not live here. My and my husband filled an application for this place without reading the review. Then I read the reviews and so many people talked about how horrible this place, so I cancelled the application. After cancelling the application back in Jan, they charge my card admiatration fee. I called them and they said they will refund us, and it will be a check in the mail. Waited until March no thing change. Then I called they said they would reissued the check. Two days ago (it is June), I called them to see if the check was reissue, and I was told the money was never paid because I disputed it. I called the bank and they they're not correct. They charge me the money and never return back. I am so glad that me and my husband cancelled our application. This would have been a nightmare. Also, multiple people in the review talked about charging Thier cards. Please do not live there unless you want headache. Me and my husband went and live in much welcoming apartment complex. It is right across from Adeline. They are very helpful here, I never had an issue, and Thier maintenance people are also available. I mentioned the maintenance because I saw multiple people in the review complaining about how horrible is the maintenance system at this place.
