What can I say other than AMAZING. I was visiting the area and when I got home a few hours away, I realized that the bag had a permanent mark on it. I called the store the next day and was helped by Brianna. Brianna tried everything she could to allow me to get a replacement without having to make the journey back up, and even called a closer store. Will definitely be back at this location!

Going to Michael Kors what's the reason for my drive all the way an hour and a half from where I live.. The girl followed me around as if I was going to steal something you could not look around without somebody being behind you they had no modern colors of handbags or wallets and they didn't have any Pebble leather it was all Saffiano which to me is not real leather it's hard. I spent 305.00 but will never go back.

Awful experience. My husband purchased a purse and wallet for me as a birthday present and after about a month (to make sure I liked it), he threw away the receipt. It's a purse, not a piece of electronic equipment that could easily break. Two months after getting it, the strap began to tear where it connects to the purse. No big deal, right? Went back with my husband to the outlet to show him and the manager was awful. She couldn't have cared less. She basically said because we didn't provide our email (which we never do so as not to be spammed) and no longer had the receipt, there was nothing she could do. She didn't remotely act like she cared or was sympathetic, and then walked away from us and the sales associate and back into the storage room. It was extremely poor customer service. I reached out to Michael Kors directly to complain, and they said all I had to show was the two letter and four digit number on the tag on the inside of the purse and they could verify it was under warranty still. I did, and I am well on my way now to getting it made right. The outlet should know this or at the very least have said try reaching out to corporate directly to see if they are able to help. Instead we were basically dismissed and not to be dealt with by the manager. The sales associate was very nice, but it still was just poor customer service, especially when you're spending so much on a purse and wallet.
