Terrible experience. Not accommodating at all, slow response, miscommunication. I was left waiting over a week after applying online for a kitty adoption, after being told was was lacking, I provided the information asked and proceeded to wait another 4 days. I had to call several times, got informed wrong for the second time of how my case was being handled. After finally losing my patience and having a heated discussion with their ONE employee which also had given me conflicting information I was told to look elsewhere for a kitten. I do not recommend adopting here, poor management and on top of that was not given a satisfactory reason of why to look elsewhere for a cat other than the manager just didn't want to deal with my issue for having lost my patience of not having any satisfaction of my adoption process from the manager who apparently was handling my case. Poor management and no support or clear answers for the client.

Very clean for an older building and the cats had enough space to move around. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable! I had a good experience adopting my kitten.

The staff was awesome with me when I was looking for a cat to adopt. They gave me so many things for my kitty that I left very happy thanks to the animal rescue I have a healthy beautiful cat named coconut but I call him cookie. He is adorable n he calls me mommy believe it or not.

We loved our cat we got here and are about to get another! Super cheap adoption fee plus they give you tons of food, treats, and cat necessities. All the cats are up-to-date medically and spayed/neutered. Make sure you bring a carrier with you. They are also a no kill shelter and will take the cat back if you have a problem.
