I am in awe of the negative reviews. I have taken my pets here for years and never had issues. Yes, sometimes their appointments are backed out farther than I would like, and yes sometimes when I do Saturday walk-ins.. I have to wait longer .. but that's to be expected. If 50 people show up for a 4 hour walk in slot .. it's silly to assume you will be in & out in 20 minutes! The staff are always friendly, always helpful. I have done drop off appointments too and always been satisfied. The staff was really helpful last week when one of our dogs was having a lot of anxiety about entering the building. It is always expensive when I go, but We should all know that taking care of pets properly is just like taking care of a child .. and it can get expensive. I see several people mentioned payment plans were offered .. Lastly, the staff has never been rude. Our guinea pig got extremely sick and they had no appointments .. but they gave me the names of 3 other vets to call to get him seen ASAP. So it's not like KMAC just "shrugs" and doesnt care. I really like talking with Tiara (I think thats her name?) she is always friendly and has never made me feel like I bother her!! I will continue to come here! Thanks for all you do!!

Please don't declaw your cat. It's the same as chopping off the ends of your fingertips! Very excruciating. There are alternative ways to deter unwanted scratching. :)
I'm not sure either but, the care they give our animals and their friendliness make it worth what they charge. Most shots have a standard charge at most vets.
I only PD $10 to get my Chihuahua spaded. They send the animals to rocky mt clinic if you take them to the martinsville spca. My dog is a female. Her name is Lady.
How old is your cat? Is this an indoor only cat? Where are you touching the cat?
