Ate lunch on picnic table in the shade. Grabbed a magazine, took a stroll around the lowered pond and read some articles in the shade by the train tracks with a bubbling creek for easy listening music

Very nice park. Clean and we'll maintained. Great walking trail scenic and quiet. The playground is large and plenty to do for the totts.

Just rode by. There are ppl there but not sure about the splash pad.
Check current rate at Springville Water Works. I paid $70 for 25 wristbands and 2hrs at pavilion #3
