Honestly if I could give zero stars I would. I've never read the reviews on this Urgent care but I probably should have. This Urgent care is missing the mark on so many levels. This is an "URGENT CARE" hence the name. I thought the purpose of the triage nurse was to triage and properly indicate the level of urgency. After I was triaged, I sat for an hour only to be told by the Dr. I should have never been sent to wait and I need to go immediately to the emergency room (also, might I add an employee's family member came in with what I would consider a less than urgent reason, from my observation and was seen before other patient's waiting in the waiting room, at the very least this has to be some type of ethical issue). Judging by the other comments, I really think Jefferson needs to make some serious changes here.

Went in on Saturday at 5:45 pm because I was feeling sick. As I'm waiting I hear Dr Ostroff talking to the nurse outside the door complaining about me coming in right before they close. He said something along the lines of "when did he come in? Did he just realize he was sick 10 minutes before we close?". Next time I'll schedule my fever more appropriately.

Aside from the receptionist, very poor attention to customer care. Was there for an hour only to see the doctor for less than 5 minutes. Unfriendly staff.
