Most of the staff is exceptionally great and will actually work with you and listen to what you're trying to get and are pretty great with recommendations and prices are pretty good, but the literal worst part about buying from here is if the owner is there. He'll literally take over when you're talking with the staff and then completely ignores what you're trying to buy and will try to upsell you other products that I didn't even want are actual garbage and he's super rude. The rest of the staff is awesome, but if the owner is there I don't even bother going in
