Typically, I would not leave a bad review just because of how busy a business is. However, upon me waiting patiently after my proposed wait time, it is reasonable for a customer to ask for an update on the status of her vehicle. The front desk, young lady clearly works poorly under pressure. I ask for an update and she freaks out to the point that I have to calmly ask her to relax. I can understand a busy day at work can be overwhelming but if you can't speak to customers in a professional manner (answering a simple, common question), maybe customer service isn't a good fit for you. Overall, they got the job done. But there's much room for improvement with customer service.

Today was my first time at this specific Mavis branch and it was hands down the best I’ve ever had. Jen was super friendly over the phone yesterday as I tried to explain what was wrong with my car, and today I was met with several attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly individuals. I’ll definitely be a returning customer when the need arises again!
