I only go here because it’s the closet hair store to my house. I swear every single time I go here there is a customer yelling at the cashiers regarding money and transactions smh. Security is a joke, they are always on their phone or flirting with the other employees. You have to hunt someone down for assistance with things are locked up. I went to another hairbuzz location in Island Ave and the experience was totally different… way better and cleaner.

I haven't visited this Hair Buzz in years but in my opinion, it's still one of the good ones if you're on the west side. The prices are fair, the quality and variety of products are abundant and the customer service is professional and courteous. They continue to do a stellar job with inventory and I found the store to be clean and easy to navigate. Lana, specifically was incredibly kind and helpful in the wig section. I will continue to be a repeat customer!
