The driver was very rude, refused to use the wheel chock on my harley. Instead he pulled it by the rim and didn't secure it properly. We followed the truck as he said he needed assistance unloading at the destination. He pulled over and refused to continue until we went in front of him. At the destination, he was very intimidating and told me he is allowed to take my bike and leave. I took videos of this interaction and called triple a. They advised me that he has no authority to leave with my bike. He slammed his truck door and yelled "you see this? I work for excel not triple a!" I don't feel this was excel, it was just the driver.

As an Excel employee, unfortunately we do not.
They do just about anything. The do not do body work. Theve done brakes, struts, engine replacement. I dont go anywhere else
