First, I place an order and go in after waiting 30 mins only to be told they don't have my order. The mgr, bless him he didn't know what to do except ask if I wanted to place another order. I said I've waited 30 mins and showed that I placed it at the right location. I said you'll need to compensate for my time and inconvenience. He did. Only to get 2 sorry pizzas. Look at the pizza Pizza Hut advertises and what they give. Reminds me why I stopped ordering. The cheese starts 1/2 way down the slices instead of at the back and I asked for hand tossed. I have thin crust. I drive to PaPa Johns on Wrightsboro in Augusta to get great pizza.. pizza with cheese and the toppings is what's supposed to be not skimpy. They pizza match their advertisement! Welp, pizza hut won't be back here. Give people their money's worth and stop giving 0 quality pizzas.

This Pizza Hut is a hit or miss, usually a miss, when it comes to the quality of the pizza you order and time you receive it. The last couple of times I've ordered from them the Pizza was cold and tasted terrible.

Pizza was bland. The large looked like a med. Walked in and ordered was told it would be 40 min went in 20 min later to check and my pizza was ready. Not sure how long it sat there but it was hot.

The past 3/4 times I’ve ordered since December they always send me the wrong items I’ve asked for and I even tried to call to confirm the order so it wasn’t messed up I was put on hold immediately after they answered and remained for over 10 minutes. I hung up and tried to call from my husbands phone they did the same to his phone to. Needless to say order was wrong again. They did bring the correct items out about 30 minutes later. I used to love this location and the delivery drivers but they’ve gone down hill and the manager was rude when I call to inform the order was incorrect again.
