I tried to call by phone, only to be told that I have to use email. I tried to email only to be told that the message failed to send. I like to shop and support local businesses. But, if you make it too hard, I will go back to Amazon. That is why they are doing so well, customer service. Luckily there is also a place in Lockport. Maybe I'll have more luck with them.

Yes, you can purchase honey in cash directly at our farm. Monday - Friday 8AM- 5PM. We have jars and frames of comb honey for sale
