The tech that did the tire rotation for my car has an annoying habit which I personally do not like -- he changes the air condition setting AND the brightness of my car's dashboard! Nobody should be doing that to other people's property without permission, especially if it has nothing to do with the task being requested which is to rotate the tires and nothing else! This is very annoying! Now it makes me wonder what else did this guy do to my car -- rummage through other things? Costco of Glen Mills management should reiterate this to everyone in the Tire Center -- that nobody should be adjusting/changing the settings of other people's vehicles, particularly those that do not interfere with their job! Mirrors or seats are acceptable. But an air condition and dashboard settings, c'mon!

First time here, signed up for a membership because they had the tires I wanted in stock. Got 4 tires installed on Tesla now I have scratched rims. Kept them nice for 3 years through multiple tire installs and Costco just went ahead and set these up on the tire machine and let it scrape the paint off the lip. Tire install is a straight forward job. If you don't damage anything, balance them right, and don't over torque the lug nuts then there is nothing to complain about. If you can't leave the car in the same condition it was given to you then you deserve a bad review.

I've been using this Costco Tire Service Center since 2016 and never had any problems. Yes, there were one or two times where my service took 1.5 hours, but for the price and free services they offer, you simply cannot do better. Over the last few years, I've bought one set of tires for my sedan and another set of tires for my truck. For my sedan, I wanted a set of tires that were a slightly different size than the stock. The gentleman at the desk did some calculations to confirm that they would not rub. For my truck, I went with a set of all terrain tires that were out of spec according to the car manufacturer. I explained to the gentleman at the counter that I wanted all terrain tires since I do not only drive the truck on paved roads. He explained that it would be a rougher ride with reduced fuel economy. Once I told him I understood, everything was smooth sailing. I've never been able to find prices better than Costco's sale prices. Furthermore, they offer free rotations, balancing, nitrogen air replacement, and road hazard repairs for free for 5 years! I used all of these services this past weekend after a nail punctured one of my tires and paid $0. I've also learned to help pass the time by coupling all my tire service with Costco shopping trips.

You get the best deal when you buy a set of four during the promotion period. Great service as usual. Online appointments saves your time, but you still have to give me 40 to 50 minutes to mount and balance four tires. The 5-year road hazard program for repair and replacement it's still good, despite the new change that they will give you a new tire with a prorated price based on what you paid for the damaged one not based on the price during the damage claim.

No. Costco Tire Centers sell tires and batteries only. They do not install batteries, you have to do it yourself or take it to someone. For tires, they only mount and balance the tires, they don't offer any other related services, such as wheel alignment. And of course, no oil change.
I've never bought tires at Costco. Can't help. Sorry.
Costco fixes tires only if: 1. It was sold and installed by one of their tire centers. 2. only for current members. 3. They check their system to make sure it is the same car that the tires were installed on. 4. Only If the tire can be patched within the safety limits. Side holes can't be patched. 5. The tire has to be within the 60-month Road-side-Hazard coverage, or they won't touch it. If you still within the coverage period and the tire is not repairable, they will replace it with a new one for free, but you still have to pay the prorating and mounting/balancing. Prorating means how much you consumed the tire since new till the day you show up for a claim by measuring the tred depth left and substract that from the original depth, disregarding the milage. Good luck with waiting time.
