This is not a car wash that provides services it’s a drive through. Staff is friendly and helpful. Where is mat cleaner machine? That was good idea. Car wash seems ok but not sure if everything is working. I don’t know if things are working correctly. Is maintenance up to date? There should be a notice with info on maintenance of the various equipment. There are two lanes. Permit holders should be able to go in either lane but one lane should be permit holders only.

Don't waste your time or money using this car wash. Since it was taken over by Zips it's been horrible. I gave it one last chance yesterday (it was broken last week), and I'll never go back. Half the brushes didn't work, and they knew they weren't working prior to charging people for a wash! I asked the young man inside if they knew they weren't working and he said yes, they've been broken. I asked why they were still accepting peoples money if they weren't able to provide a full wash and he said he just does as he's told. I then asked how to get in touch with Zips, and I was told that I couldn't. I was not offered a refund of any kind, nor a free wash once they were back up and running, NOTHING! There are too many car washes in the area to choose from, don't bother going to this place.

I’ve been a member of this car wash since it opened. I’ve noticed a possible change in ownership. Zips ??? They no longer spray down your car before entering the wash. The attendant has nothing to do but stand there waiting on the next vehicle. Very poor decision ! The dryer doesn’t dry the windshield let alone the rest of the car. But my main reason for choosing Turbo Jet is the tire shine. If you continue to cut this service back I will no longer continue my membership. Not a happy camper & I’m sure there are other long time customers who feel the same.

The vacuums are great here! Got the $20 wash. Giving 4 stars because there were weird streaks on the car after the wash. I feel like it's a way to get people to pay for the $5 upgrade.
