Nails at the Beach

Will never be returning to this place ever again. After reading the reviews I decided to go. Great reviews. Get there 20 minutes after they opened(10:20). There was only two people working. An older man doing a girls pedicure and the older lady doing a lady’s full set. She told us to wait so we did. About after 30 minutes they sit my sister and start her pedicure. The owners daughter gets there and tells me to sit but just left me there sitting, didn’t start on me or anything. Finally she started my soak off. 30 more minutes went by she was doing different things from cleaning to painting my sisters toes. The girl that was getting a pedicure when we got there went and sat with the older lady and she started working on her nails. A lady and daughter walk in at 11:45 stating they had an appointment at 11:30 and were there for there pedicures. They sit them and start on their pedicures RIGHT AWAY. At this point 12 rolls around and I’m still sitting here with my nails soaking. I finally speak up as they are about to begin on the pedicures of the girls that got there 15 minutes late to their appointment and i ask when are they gonna start on me. The older who was working on that other girls nails said 15 minutes. At this point I’m fed up and the daughter of the owners after 15 minutes comes to take off the product I had on my nails. I told her to just file them down and I left. I am blown away that they took in those girls that were late and didn’t care about me who was there 2 hours earlier. I get I was a walk in but they were late. And having only 2 or 3 people working is ridiculous. I went in hoping to get SNS and left with nothing

Mrs.Titi has been my only nail tech ever since I went to her place 2 years ago! She’s so great and very nice and also takes time on me nails. She can do anything you show her and goes out on her designs never disappoints me on her nail work!
