Disappointing experience. We were there at least five minutes before closing and the door was locked. everyone was gathered around the register just talking. If you're going to close before your posted close time update your close time to earlier. I'll tell all of my contacts of this poor experience.

Truly the worst experience I've ever had in customer service. The MANAGER quoted me a value of $246, and they were charging me $299. Even though the manager was the one who PRINTED the receipt/quote for me from the order log, he called me an "O'Reilly's fanatic" for requesting the honoring of the quote. The two other employees also insisted on speaking to my boyfriend for the purchase, even though I walked in and was the one making the inquiry. It's my car & I'm paying, people. It's 2021. The only reason why I will be returning is because Maurice and Jay are the absolute best employees - special shout out to both of them. They deserve a raise. Management however? Needs improvement. Leadership is like a well-oiled machine - let's compare it to a car. I'm sure they can figure out how to fix the problem. Diagnose the issue. Assemble the tools/parts. Do the work. Right? Looking forward to better experiences at this O'Reilly's Auto Parts location.

As far as I'm concerned they are fine they want you to be 6 ft apart and wear a mask
Quick fix is stop leak from O'Reilly's if not leaking to bad nothing open on Saturday
