I always wanted to like and be supportive of such a venture, especially in the city. A less than favorable customer service experience about a decade ago kept me away. I gave it another try this past weekend and again a less than favorable customer service experience will keep me from returning. Reply: I stopped going years ago when I was a newbie gardener because I did not care for how I was spoken to after a basic knowledge mistake, rather than coached or taught, after having spent a considerable amount on plants. Recently it was just a lack of a personable customer service experience, just to learn I had been overcharged and had to return for another round. Simple stuff I guess, but as a customer I could get an unsavory experience or feel stupid at any garden center and spend less for a satisfactory, comparable quality product.

We will not have rosemary plants available until the night time temps are higher. We will have plants in 3.5" pots and 6"pots.
