I just wanted to write a review for this collision store. My problem is (timing/communication). Everything from start (estimate) to finish (repair) will take a LONG time. If you just got into an accident and need repairs.. you’re in for a long wait. I waited about 2 months from start to finish. I’ve called the store multiple times to get answers, why you might ask? Because they don’t call you with updates/shipping details/order status. Literally you have to call to check up. they tend to delay time instead of them getting the product in and giving you call; and when you check up on ETA? Forget about what the estimated time wait will be, double check with them for EVERYTHING. They say the order has been placed.. when it’s not, they delay/forget about things being placed/order papers. Everyone seems to be lacking communication. they will make it right for you if there’s an issue, but they just don’t have that communication skill. Me as a customer I want my car back as soon as possible right? Want it done flawless? Well I had to come back 5-7 times AFTER I picked up my “repaired” car to get things fixed that was supposed to be done right. When you leave a special request, double check with them because they also lost one of my rims that I requested to be put in the trunk. Bottom of the line, double check with them if you’re going with their collision shop please! And for that, I’m leaving a 3/5 star rating. it’s decent and they’ll make it right, but communication/time is key to everything.

I took my car in for a bumper replacement. Ther was some communication issues, but in the end Northtown came through. I had a nice conversation with the GM Dan, who ensured I was happy with their service.

Customer service at its best they’re understanding and the manager/supervisor is great! Only problem is that they just take a little longer time since they busy.
