Always have great service and parts. I haven't purchased any equipment in a few years so I can't comment on that. As of this writing they are being hampered by the inability to quickly get parts which has slowed them down Not a John Deere or dealership problem, it's a trucking/logistics issue across many industries and the country. Updated 9/22, parts are now more readily available, service is up to speed. If you are working on a piece of equipment they will be happy to print the exploded diagram and parts numbers...they are happy to explain what you're looking at so you get the right parts or if there is a substitution.
