Had a great time! Definitely better experience than my previous gyms. Lots of equipment to plan your daily workout regime. Affordable membership prices. Black card is totally worth it! Hydro massage was great! Friendly staff! P.S.- In case anyone is wondering, bring your own padlocks for the locker room.

The monthly fee is very affordable and has several different options, and when I signed up I didn't have to pay an initiation fee

I will say... it is a good place to go and work out. But... some of the staff that use to work there and that are currently employed.... don't know much about your individual contacts. Granted, you should read it yourself. I have been asking since January to cancel my account because I was in a vehicular accident. I was told... "No, you have a year's contract. " other people said "ok, you're removed. " 8 months in and I finally got people who told the truth and said I could have been unenrolled at anytime. It's fixed niw... but the owner still wants me charged.

Im not sure but from what I understood from the email I received, this month was charged but will be refunded with a credit for another month and if the closure continues we will not be charged.
You can't "Just cancel it". You have to pay a fee to cancel unless your annual date is near. If so, then you can have them cancel it to keep it from renewing. They will charge you until that date comes. I recently went this with Planet Fitness myself.
No,trainers but the staff and members are always willing to help, All you have to do is ask and somebody will be happy to assist.
