Bug Masters Pest Control in Beaumont, Texas has been a client of this company for over 15 years. When we retired, I sent a message to Shannon McCay our agent, advising her to cancel our insurance effective immediately, September 1, 2016. She responded with a form that was executed and return to her the same day. The first week in October, I receive a letter from Shannon indicating that they are cancelling our insurance due to non payment of premium. I contacted Shannon regarding the letter, she hung up on me. I contacted her boss and VP of company, Royce DeRuoen and spoke with him. He indicated he would look into why our insurance was not cancelled as requested. As of today, November 11th, he refuses to return my telephone calls and we are still receiving bills from the carrier for payment. It appears that they have no problem writing your policy but after that their customer services is no where to be found. They are extremely unprofessional. Do not use this company for your carrier!
