Extremely unprofessional!!! I received a letter to be there at 8:30 and I get these and they tell me I'm late because I'm suppose to be there at 8am. Lady got loud with me instead of rescheduling me.

TWC is a great resource! They assist with more than unemployment. They also offer online classes, employment program assistance for work field re-entry, training, school, as well as extra classes like credit repair, money management, etc.

They can't seem to be bothered in trying to actually help .... I've been trying to get an appointment for my case and I've called several times just within this week and left messages and emails and they only every manage to ever leave one sentence ... I know some case managers can be busy but I assure you being able to communicate with people isn't going to hold you back in your schedule..

They do not answer the phone and they do not reply to voice messages.. I guess they're on their lunch breaks from 8a.m. to 5p.m.
