Eric Rancher (service advisor) is outstanding! He was at Cadillac of Arlington now he is at Classic. I bring all my vehicles to Classic now.

I went in for service of turning signal light out and I waited 5 hours or so. I would have given a lower score but Eric the service technician helped out so much, he was very professional and was able to get you guys some service recovery.

I wondering why the r closed, we had a bad experience with them bad a service also they sold us a car so they want run the credit first before see cars, also i went for service and they dont help what a bad service .
