I have had no problems with management or anything for that matter. If you stay to yourself and mind your own business you will have no problems as with any trailer park lock your doors at night🤷♂️

This place is very disappointing, the lady in the office is very rude. The maintenance man always smells like alcohol. Trailers are band aided just to get people to rent. It's ashamed how they operate!! I'd advise you not to rent from here, buyers beware!!!

I have been after them to fix my lot so I can fix my trailer like they want. I guess I need to take them to court... I was forced to remove my Jacuzzi tub that was grandfathered in. I had it 5 years before the rules were changed. While the drug addict down the street still has his !!! It is called selective enforcement. The tree in my yard was supposed to be gone weeks ago. I need to fix my trailer and I can't until my lot is fix right.

I live there. Moved in in November, people are quite and keep to themselves but are very friendly. The property manger is awesome, roads flood a bit in park. But they are planning on getting fixed very soon. Hope to have ya as a neighbor. Hope it helped

Maintenance people are not licensed anywhere in multi-family properties and very difficult to find.

I apologize. unfortunately what the utility companies tell us and what end up happening are two different things. Electric did get installed by the electric company and now we are waiting on the gas company to get the gas turned on and then we will be done. I will check and see if we have a date for the gas and let you know
Thank you .. I went by there today and as far as i can see nothing more has been done since last fri 3 out if the 5 that are there have not even been touched yet... And the other 2 have had the electric meter put in and the wiring has not been done on those..
I really apologize for the constant delay. Unfortunately its been out of our hands as we have been waiting for city permits and for the utility company to get power turned on. They are promising us next week we will get the electric turned on and then we can move towards final permits and inspections
