This was actually my husband’s appointment. Called in regarding a severe toothache. Fortunately there was a cancellation and I was able to get in right away. As always, Dr. LaFon performed a thorough examination and assessed my concerns. The entire staff at Willow Dental is cheerful, courteous and professional. Clearly their commitment to customer service is genuine and put my interest and we’ll being as their own.

I have never been to a better place! All of the staff and dentist are absolutely fantastic. Not only do the make you feel completely comfortable but they explain everything throughly to you. Place is super clean. Would totally recommend Willow Dental Group!

The staff appears to be very nice. But I went in & they recommend a rot canal. They said insurance would cover so I agreed to pay my portion $400. 3 months later get a bill for $1800. Called Willow Dental & they said insurance won’t cover & I have to pay. They said to bad but you have to pay. I did. Very unhappy about not getting truthful information upfront. BEWARE
