I had a great experience here with friendly, professional staff who helped me during a not-so-thrilling health urgency. I was very comfortable the entire visit, all of my concerns were listened to, and I'm very happy with the care I received. I work nearby, so it's good to know that a place like this is around for any immediate health needs.

The practitioners seem to be responsive and thorough but the front desk staff are ridiculously rude. Literally have never gone in there without having to climb over Huge egos and attitude when I’m not feeling well or when my little ones are sick. Not the right job for that chick for sure. Maybe will try again in a year or two, if they finally get rid of rude employees. Until then I’m using another urgent care. 100%

Went in for my sister having chest pain and when we pulled out our wallet the front desk lady snaps and says “we don’t take that insurance.” She then was telling the patients before us that they needed a mask and they can’t give any out to them. She was incredibly rude and had the least personable face to see when you’re sick and in a bind. Just questioning her ability to be a friendly face when you’re sick and needing help.

We booked our appointment online, when we got to the facility the lady at the front told us to wait in my car. We waited for over four hours in the car. I occasionally checked in with her and she would tell us we were next on the list. Finally after two hours I went back into the facility to see where we were in line and saw her check in sheet. They lady never signed us in! All the people that had been in the waiting room after I checked in were crossed out and seen. When she finally called us to come in she asked us if we needed anything while we waited for the NP, I told her no and we heard her calling us rude as she shut the door. After waiting 7 days for our results I called up Monday morning to the office and was told our results were in that they would be e-mailed to me. I called the office back at 4:30 because I still had yet to receive our results. I explained to the lady that I needed the results to return to work and my kids back to school; I was told they would be sent to me by end of day (which was 5:00 when they closed) that they were too busy and had been busy all day to send me my results. Never got the e-mail. Had to call out to the Batesville office since they were open later than the Harrison office and the lady I spoke with was very nice. I had the e-mailed with our results before I was off the phone with her. The two stars are for The NP that myself and kids saw, he was apologetic for the wait, professional and thorough.
