I Don’t Even know Where to Start, But if u Guys Like Making Yourselves Look Stupid, Your Doing a Great Job, Management Seems to Be Lost, Doesn’t Know How To Delegate With Employees, Customer Service is Horrible at this Location, Why Is it From time to Time You Guys Manage to Mess Up Orders, The Fact that The pizza is made Sloppy Shows No Effort in Wanting to better this Location, If Lil Cesars Doesn’t Do something About this than Sounds like they Might Lose Business in Shafter, I Don’t Blame the Employees (What do u expect from a bunch of Kids who just started working) I Blame Management and Lil Cesar’s for Lack of Standards and Values to their Business 💯

Waited 30+ mins to get my pizza then found out it was never put into the oven. After expressing my anger and frustration, instead of the old restaurant etiquette of "customer is always right", I was told to get the F out of the store by the manager.

I had the very worst experience here this day and being a gig worker. The employee was very rude to me and I understand that they were very busy. But to have a pizza thrown at me without a care is very disgusting. This gonna be last time to deliver for this place.
