I had a cataract surgery done with Dr Chang in 2019. I did the bifocal lens. Great doctor, no issues with my surgery. I would recommend him.

I had a failed monovision cateract surgery in 2019. I was left with permanent double vision and deterorating eye sight. I am unable the mono vision eye is almost blind I have terrible eye pain dizziness and headaches. Dr Changs response for my request to fix this was to terminate my care and refuse to refer or work with another doctor. Please don't risk your vision on Empire Eye and Lazor. I am told this is how all unsuccessful surgeries are treated. He is polite so he got 1 star

He is an eye doctor and excellent! I highly recommend him and his office.
Unfortunately, they are not in network for this particular insurance. They do offer discounted cash rates.
