Took forever to get just the drinks, very slow

I was going to be coming here to get lunch for my child about once a week. But they never give me ketchup or napkins anymore. My child's burger wasn't modified to only ketchup like I asked. And the apples are dark and gooey. The person handing out food today just speaks to me in Spanish (without me saying anything) and I don't think that's polite because she didn't get me anything I asked for correctly. Anyways I don't like sounding critical but I also don't like confrontation over just food. But my lunch time with my child was ruined. My fault for coming here.

I was super excited to get this. There was no long line. Everything went smoothly. Get home no toy which is the whole idea behind this. Called the store apparently they don’t have the toys yet. Which is fine. But they should tell their customers before paying that they don’t have the toys yet we can come back another day or purchase something else. Just an idea
